As a Senior Social Media Manager at NSK, you will be responsible for:
– Managing and operating social media accounts (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
– Planning and scheduling content for posts
– Creating engaging content focused on company brand and culture
– Collaborating with the Design team to create new posts
– Developing and implementing strategies to increase followers and engagement
– Managing advertisements, measuring effectiveness, and analyzing data
– Proposing strategies based on trends and competitor analysis
– Supporting country organizations in automating their social media content
*Desired Experience and Qualifications*
To be considered for this role, you should have:
– Over 5 years of experience managing social media for a company or brand
– Ability to handle planning, execution, and analysis comprehensively
– Knowledge of social media trends and algorithms
– Skills in creative production (still image and video editing)
– Ability to improve strategies based on data analysis
– Excellent communication skills to work collaboratively within a team
