The TotalEnergies Logistics & Supply Chain Management Learnership 2025 is a 12-month program that provides a monthly stipend of up to R8,200 and the potential for permanent employment and a salary increase upon completion.

The learnership is based in South Africa, with placements available at various locations, including:
- Gauteng – Johannesburg
- Gauteng – Pretoria
- Mpumalanga – Nelspruit
- KZN – Durban
- KZN – Ladysmith
- Free State – Bethlehem
- Eastern Cape – East London
- Western Cape – Cape Town
Minimum Requirements
To apply, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate
- Negotiation skills
- No prior experience required (0–3 years)
- An added advantage includes a TVET qualification in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics Management.
